hey good people. i’m Della. that mood board above? it’s my vision for this space - a garden where we can nurture softness, joy, and community together.

this substack is where i’m planting seeds of healing - practices that have supported me, my clients, my comrades, my fam, and my loves. i’m hoping these seeds will resonate especially with other Black women and gender-expansive folks navigating this hard world.

we’re creating something special here - a multimedia healing experience with images, videos, stories, and practical tools. i’ll be sharing pieces of my journey as a Black fat femme queer poly survivor and recovering people-pleaser, offering journal prompts, and providing healing interventions. If you're curious about my professional background in psychology and healing work, you can check out my website or my insta.

i say “we” because this space is about community. i’ll bring the content and create the container, but healing happens in connection. you’ll find new posts at least monthly, flowing with whatever medicine feels most needed. i hope you’ll read, watch, listen, comment, share, and show up as your most authentic self. i promise to do the same.
